    I have *HEARD* that www.freeipod.com is legit; they show good sponsorships on their site. However, you do need to sign up and then also refer 5 friends to sign up. So there are strings attached to getting your free ipod.

    Regardless, I have heard numerous folks on the net say they did receive their free iPod after referring 5 friends.

    Dunno, but it sounds like may your best chance at getting a free iPod.
